Return Policy

All of our products are guaranteed for 30 days. If you try any of our products and you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item for a refund. You will be refunded the purchase price of the returned items, less shipping and handling charges, and a 20% restocking fee.

With your return, include a copy of the original order receipt and a brief explanation for the return. Return the product(s) to:

Prime Time Solutions must receive all returns within 30 days from the date the order was received. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective (see below). Prime Time Solutions is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. For your protection, returns should be shipped using a method that provides a tracking number or requiring the receiver to sign for the package to ensure delivery.

All returns are usually processed within 7 - 10 business days from receipt of your item(s). Refunds are made in the form of the original payment.

Defective Items

If you believe the item you received is defective, you MUST contact us before you return the item. DO NOT return the item and request a refund for the return shipping charges as none will be issued. If you have had your item longer than 30 days and it becomes defective you must contact the manufacturer directly.
